Rainbow

This is the view from one of the windows of my flat. There is a slight hint of a rainbow which was much more prominent while I was hunting for camera batteries. It lifted my mood immensly, as did going for a run, starting to eat breakfast again, and having more fresh fruit and vegetables.

Thank you to everyone who has listened to my blatherings of late, and thanks for all the hugs. I don't know what was making me feel so low, and based on past experience I fully expect to feel the same way again before the winter is out, but this time round I'm doing my best to spot the early warning signs and get rid of as much stress as possible whenever I start feeling blue. Someone has suggested that if I'm serious about going running (which I am!) I should get myself a cheap mp3 player so I can listen to music while I'm out. Recommendations of where to get said device, and suggested tracks to run to would be most welcome.
