Don't worry, I'm not dead yet

It seems like an awfully long time since I last blogged, probably because it's an awfully long time since I last blogged. I have been stupidly busy, so here are the edited highlights:
1) Grandad's funeral was lovely, very moving, nice to see the family again though it would be even nicer to see them in happier circumstances. Then it snowed, and I had to learn how to drive in a blizzard with muppets overtaking me because the speed limit was 60 so they thought they had to drive at 60.
2) Course in London was exciting, as going to London always is, and I talked to lots of interesting people about teaching in different types of school, and I spoke up in front of a whole room of people even though I was really scared.
3) Geocaching - we've done our first couple of caches of the year, and I've remembered why I like it. I get the feeling we will do many more once spring happens.
4) Holiday arranging. Off to Derbyshire for my birthday weekend, which will be nice. Off to Venice at the end of May which will be even nicer, I hope.
5) Applying for a job. I should be preparing for the interview at the moment, so I'm only blogging to avoid that. But alas, I've run out of things to say so I'd better get on with it. Keep your fingers crossed for me on Thursday!
