Holiday

Well I've managed to limp through to half term. It's been an odd few weeks, with lots of pressure to get pupils ready for exams, but they're mostly over now so life becomes gentle as we unwind down to the long summer break. Then I get to do it all again next year, and the year after, and so on until I decide to go and do something else instead. Suggestions on a postcard.
Sam and I are off on holiday tomorrow; we're getting a train to Paris and then a train to Florence overnight, arriving Monday morning to explore one of my favourite cities. I'll possibly find a computer to blog while I'm away but more likely I'll post a few pictures when we get back. I'm so ready for this holiday!
