Self portrait

Tuesday Challenge #7 is called "Out of the Frame". Our instructions were as follows:
"This week, the subject is absent from the frame. This could be for various reasons - location: your subject is present but off to one side of the frame; temporal: your subject was present but has now gone."

My photo is called "Self Portrait". I came up with the concept one evening on my way home from work, but the actual execution was only possible with lots of help from Alistair and Sam so it's very much a joint effort for this challenge.
