Yawn
After the second day back at work I am already exhausted. I blame this on two factors; firstly the holiday was so fantastic that I didn't remember to mentally and physically prepare myself for the shock to the system that going back to work always is, and secondly today the pupils were all off timetable to learn about sex. Who would have thought that chaperoning 25 kids as they listen to talks about condoms, and communication in relationships, and seeing pictures of genitals of herpes sufferers, would be as tiring as it is? The extra further maths session after school today was highly enjoyable but in all honesty I could have done without it; by the time I'd arrived home I flaked out again with another nasty headache.
The upshot of this is that I haven't had time to look at the further maths stuff on numerical methods for tomorrow. Haven't done much numerical methods in the last couple of years, so I'm relying on being able to remind myself of what to do in 10 minutes at break tomorrow. How hard can it be?
