Fantastic football

I've moved up to thirteenth place in the school fantasy football league. Hurrah for Thierry Henry's glorious return! Now all I need is for Chelsea to remember how to not let goals in.
Tomorrow is Pupil Progress Review Day, which means the kids get a day off and I spend the day talking to their parents about how naughty they've been. A lot of my form group have had a positive start to the year so I'll be able to say nice things to their parents, which always makes these meetings go more smoothly.
When I'm not doing meetings it looks like I'll be doing more Further Maths - my pupil has decided that like me he's bored of Numerical Methods of Root Finding, so we're abandoning that until the end of term and going on to the Differential Equations stuff instead, much more fun.
